Corn Cheese Balls

Sweet corn        1/2 Cup
Paneer               1/4 cup
cheese              1/2 cube
Maida                 5tsp
corn flour          2tsp
coriander leaves few
green chilli      to taste
salt
bread crumbs
milk
oil for deep fry

Boil sweet corn.Mince it.Add grated paneer,cheese,maida,corn flour,
minced g.chilli,salt.Mix well.
Make balls.Dip it in milk.Roll it on bread crumbs.
Deep fry it.Serve it with tomato ketch up.

Grilled Mushroom Sandwich

Butter Mushroom – 1 Cup.
Garlic (Finally Chopped) – 2 Pods.
Olive Oil – ¼ Cup.
Italian Seasoning – 1 Tbsp.
Balsamic Vinegar – 1 Tbsp.
Black Pepper – ¼ Tsp.
Spinach Leaves – 1 Hand Full.
Small Onion (Sliced) – 1.
Bread – 2 Sliced.
Cheese – 1 Sliced.
Mayonnaise – 1 Tbsp.
Salt – To Taste.

Remove the Stem from the Mushroom.
Marinade the Mushroom Caps with Olive Oil, Vinegar, Salt, Black Pepper, Garlic and Italian Seasoning for 15 Min.
Drain the Mushroom Caps and Grill it with Little Olive Oil in a Grilling Pan or Tawa and Till Golden Brown on Both Sides.
Toast the Bread Slices and Stack the Sandwich with Mayonnaise, Mushroom, Spinach, Cheese and Onions.

Pal Paniyaram

Raw rice            1 C
Urad dal             1 C
Boiled rice          1tbsp
Soak altogether and grind it to fine paste.
Add salt. Fry it like a bonda.

Heat 1/2 Lt milk,add elachi powder,sugar to taste.
Switch off the stove and add 1/2 C coconut milk.
When the milk is luke warm add fried bondas.Keep it for some time then serve.

Rajma Toast

Cook rajma with amchur powder and salt.
Saute onion,add cooked rajma,salt and pepper.
mash well.
Apply this rajma on one bread slice,close it with the other slice.
Toast it on sandwich toaster or on tawa.

Pancakes


60 g maida
1egg
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup water
1/4 tsp salt
2-3 tbsp sugar
oil or butter

Mix everything well.Put
Heat pan add butter pour this batter,cover for 10 seconds then uncover it.
Cook both sides.

Bread Masala

Bread slices
Peas and potato boiled
onion,tomato chopped
green and sweet chutney
sev coriander leaves

Cut off the sides of the bread slices..
Apply green chutney,sweet chutney,potato,peas,onion,tomato.
Sprinkle chilli powder,salt,sev,coriander leaves.

Dal Biscuits

1/4 cup Toor dal
1/4 cup urad dal
1 cup maida
2 tsp butter
1tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp jeera
salt
1 tsp sugar
oil for frying

Fry urad dal and toor dal.Powder it.
Add maida,butter,sugar,salt,chilli powder,jeera,water.Make thick dough.
Roll the dough ,cut in to desired shapes.Deep fry in oil.

Dal Vada


1/2 cup channa dal
1 oonion choppedred
1 tsp chilli powder
salt
curry leaves few
1/4 tsp fennal seed (optional)
oil for deep frying

Soak channa dal for 2-3 hours.
Coursly grind channa dal.Add the rest.
Make balls,flatten it,Deep fry in oil.

Cheese balls

 This recipe I am just seeing in the tv..
Grated cheese
corn flour
salt
chilli powder
oil for frying

Make balls with grated cheese.
Make batter with cornflour,salt,chilli powder,turmeric powder.
Dip the cheese in the corn flour batter,fry it in oil.

Fried Chapathi

Chapathi      2-3
Egg              2-3
salt               to taste
Chilli pdr      to taste
oil

Beat egg ,add chiili pdr,salt .Mix well.
Cut chapathi into triangles or diamonds.
Heat oil in a kadai,Dip chapathi pieces in egg,fry it in oil.
note:
It's good for evening tiffin.Good after school tiffin.
You can use your leftover chapathi.
Serve with tomato-ketchup

Stuffed capsicums

Capsium 3
potato 2big cooked and mashed
g.chilli 3
salt to taste
coriander
leaves few
oil for fry

cut capsicum like a bowl and a lid.Scoop out the seeds.
Mix mashed potato,chopped green chilli,salt,coriander leaves.
Stuff this inside the capsicum.
heat a pan.put little oil,place this capsicum.
Close the capsicum with the lid part of the capsicum.
close the pan.Cook it till done

Rice flacks (aval) dosa

rice 2cups
urad dal 4 tsp
fenugreek 1 tsp
aval(rice flacks 1 cup
salt
coconut gratted 1/2 cup

method:
1.grind all together..add salt..
2.keep it over night..
3.make dosa..

Vermicelli Dosa

vermicili 1/4 kg
curd 1 glass
onion 3
oil 100gm
rice flour 1/2 kg
green chillies 10
salt as per

method

1]cut onions and green chilies and keep aside
2] soak vermicilli in curd for 1 hour . smash it with finger and add rice flour ,onions,green chillies, and add salt to it and prepare the batter like dosa and make dosa's with it .serve hot with coconut chutney.

Chicken keema dosa

tomato
chilli powder
garam masala powder
ginger garlic paste

turmeric
oil

method:
1. make masala with onion,tomato,chicken keema,chilli,garam masala ,turmeric powder...make it thick...
2.make thick dosa...on the top spread chicken keema...close with a lid...make dosa.

You can adjust the quantity of the ingredients...

Cauliflower masala dosa

dosa batter

for cauliflower masala
saute ginger garlic paste onion,tomato,add red chilli powder,turmeric,garam masala powder salt....add chopped cauliflower...make very thick gravy...

method:

Horse gram dosa

horse gram 1/4 cup

Andra Pesarattu

1 green gram...1 cup
raw rice 2 tsp
green chilli 2 to 3
ginger 1/2 inch
salt to taste

method:
1 .soak dal & rice for 8 hrs
2.grind it with green chilli,ginger,salt
3.make dosa

note:
1.can put oinon chopped on the top..
2.can put rawa uppma in the middle of the dosa ..& fold it..
3.good to use sprouted green gram.

Bajra Dosa

bajra 1 cup
rice 1/4 cup
channa dal
or toor dal 1/4 cup
urad dal 2 tsp
onion 1/2 cup
curry leaves few
salt to taste
red chilli 1 tsp

Soak bajs,rice for 8 hours.Grind it.Add the rest.
make dosa.

rajma dosa

same as soya dosa....
if u want to make thin crispy dosa then grind onion,curry leaves along with rice..
