Pancakes

60 g maida
1egg
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup water
1/4 tsp salt
2-3 tbsp sugar
oil or butter

Mix everything well.Put
Heat pan add butter pour this batter,cover for 10 seconds then uncover it.
Cook both sides.
