Fruity Crush

45 ml lime juice
20 ml sugar syrup
Pineapple crush
Pineapple puree
crushed ice
sweet rim

Mix all the ingredients and serve chilled.
For sweet ,take one pinapple slice spread sugar.

Cold Coffee

2 cups chilled milk
4 tsp coffee powder
2 tsp sugar
1/2 cup crushed ice
1/4 cup cream (optional)

Place all the ingredients in blender and blend well.

Iced Mint And Lime Tea

1 tea bag
300 ml water
2 tsp mint leaves
1 lime rind
2 tsp lime juice

Place tea bag and pour boiling water into it.
Add mint eaves lime rind.Keep it for 30 minutes. Strain well.
Add lime juice and ice cubes.

Ginger watermelon crush

1/2 small watermelon chilled
2 tsp ginger puree
2 tsp sugar
water as required

Grind all ingredients and serve chilled.

Okra Soup

5-6 ladies finger
1 tsp garlic chopped
2 cups water
3-4 tbsp cooked rice
pepper powder to taste
soya sauce few drops
1 egg beaten
salt
2 tsp oil

Heat oil in a kadai,add ladies finger pieces,garlic saute well.
Add water cook well.
Add pepper powder,salt cooked rice.cook for 1 minute.
Add soya sauce mix well.
Switch off the stove.Pour beaten egg like a thread.Mix well serve hot.

Tomato Soup

Ingredients:

Fully riped tomatos - 5
Carrot - 1
Butter or ghee - 1 teaspoon
Jeera - 1 teaspoon
Fresh ginger – a small piece
Corn flour – 1 tablespoon
Salt and Pepper powder as required

Cut the tomatos into four pieces and put it in a broad vessel. Add five of cups of water.
Add  carrot and  ginger chopped finely to the tomato. Cook till the tomatos are soft.
When it is cool, blend it in a blender and strain it.
Mix little water in the corn flour and make a thin batter and add to the tomato puree.
In a heavy bottomed vessel put the butter and add jeera and lightly fry.
Add the tomato puree and boil in medium flame till it thickens.
Add salt and pepper and garnish with fried bread pieces

Dhal soup

Ingredients:

Green Gram dhal – ¾ cup
Green Chillies – 2
Fresh ginger – small piece
Jeera – 1 teaspoon
Asafotida – ¼ teaspoon
Turmeric powder – a pinch
Ghee – 2 tablespoon
Pepper Powder – ½ teaspoon
Salt – as required
Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon

Wash the dhal and put it into a pressure cooker.
Add chilli,ginger to the dhal. Add 6 cups of water, turmeric powder and a teaspoon of ghee and pressure cook for two whistls.
Cool it and blend the cooked dhal in a blender. Strain through a sieve.

Heat the ghee in a kadai and fry the bread pieces till it turns light brown. Remove and keep it.
In the same kadai, add the cumin seeds and fry for a while. Add asafetida powder and mix well.
Add the dhal water and stir well. Add Salt and bring to boil. Allow to boil for two minutes.
Switch off the stove and add lemon juice and sprinkle pepper powder and garnish with bread pieces
