Mayonnaise

1 egg
2 tsp vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 pepper
1/2 mustard powder
1/2 tsp sugar
1 cup oil

Break egg,add all the ingredients except oil.Blend well.
Add the oil in a thin stream,with the blender on,all the time,till the consistancy is reached.

  1. What is your shelf life on your mayonnaise? And I am assuming you store in the fridge?
