Thalicha kozhukattai (rice balls)

Boiled rice         1 Cup
salt                    1 tsp
oil                      2 tsp
mustard seeds    1tsp
curry leaves        few
urad dal             2tsp
asofoetida          1/4 tsp
red chilli             5-6
green chilli          2-3 chopped

water                  2 cups
Soak rice for 2 hours.grind it very nicely.(grind the rice with 2 cups of water)
Put oil in a kadai ,make seasoning with mustard,curry leaves,red chilli,green chilli, asofoetida.
Add rice batter into the seasoning,add salt. Mix well.heat the kadai in medium heat,mix well
till you get a thick dough consistancy.Cool it.
Make balls,steam it in a idli steamer.
note:
can add chopped or grated coconut.
