Kozhukkattai 1 (pundi)

 Boiled rice       1 cup
Coconut           1 cup grated
salt                   1 tsp nearly
jeera                 1 tsp

Soak rice for 15 minutes.Drain the water.
Spread the rice on a kitchen towel.
Powder rice coursly with jeera and salt.
Add grated coconut,mix well.Make balls.
Boil water nearly (2liter),When it bubbling, add rice balls.
Allow it to cook.it will take 10 to 15 minutes to cook.
note:
make the balls very tight otherwise it will melt while boiling.
