Fish Puttu

Fish (any fleshy fish)  1/4 kg
onion chopped          2
green chilli                 to taste
salt
oil
coconut(optional)      1/4 cup
curry leaves               few
mustard,urad dal split

Cook fish in little water,salt and turmeric.Remove bones ,take the flesh out.Keep it aside.
Heat oil in a kadai,make seasoning with mustard,curry leaves,urad dal.
Add chopped onion,green chilli fry well.Add minced fish ,fry well. Add salt and coconut grated mix well.
Serve hot with Sambar rice...

Cold Cucumber soup

Grind cucumber 1 whole with
greenchilli to taste,salt,coriander leaves,mint leaves few,jeera 1/4 tsp,
1/2 cup curd. Mix coconut milk 1/2 cup with this.
serve chilled ...or add ice cubes while grinding


Corn Cheese Balls

Sweet corn        1/2 Cup
Paneer               1/4 cup
cheese              1/2 cube
Maida                 5tsp
corn flour          2tsp
coriander leaves few
green chilli      to taste
salt
bread crumbs
milk
oil for deep fry

Boil sweet corn.Mince it.Add grated paneer,cheese,maida,corn flour,
minced g.chilli,salt.Mix well.
Make balls.Dip it in milk.Roll it on bread crumbs.
Deep fry it.Serve it with tomato ketch up.

Grilled Mushroom Sandwich

Butter Mushroom – 1 Cup.
Garlic (Finally Chopped) – 2 Pods.
Olive Oil – ¼ Cup.
Italian Seasoning – 1 Tbsp.
Balsamic Vinegar – 1 Tbsp.
Black Pepper – ¼ Tsp.
Spinach Leaves – 1 Hand Full.
Small Onion (Sliced) – 1.
Bread – 2 Sliced.
Cheese – 1 Sliced.
Mayonnaise – 1 Tbsp.
Salt – To Taste.

Remove the Stem from the Mushroom.
Marinade the Mushroom Caps with Olive Oil, Vinegar, Salt, Black Pepper, Garlic and Italian Seasoning for 15 Min.
Drain the Mushroom Caps and Grill it with Little Olive Oil in a Grilling Pan or Tawa and Till Golden Brown on Both Sides.
Toast the Bread Slices and Stack the Sandwich with Mayonnaise, Mushroom, Spinach, Cheese and Onions.

Cauli Egg Roll

Maida                    1/2 Cup
Atta                        1/2 Cup
salt                         to taste
onion                     1
Cauliflower          1Cup
Eggs                      3
salt                        to taste
chilli powder       to taste
garam masala   a pinch

Make dough with maida,atta and salt,water.
Keep it for 20 minutes.
Roll it make chapathis.
Put oil in a kadai,add onion,cauliflower chopped.Fry well,add chilli powder,salt.Mix well
Add eggs,fry well.finally add garam masala powder.
Place this filling in chappati and roll it.Serve with tomato sauce.

Microwave cake(pudding)

Maida,cocoa powder,butter      3 tbsp each
sugar                                        4 tbsp
Soda water                              8 small cap full(soda bottle cap)
walnut,almonds                         2tbsp chopped
Mix everything well.Put it in a microwave safe bowl.
Microwave it for 2 minutes 10 seconds.
serve hot

Coconut CHicken

Make seasoning with fennal and curry leaves.
Add one hand full of chopped onion, 10 green chillies (slit),1/2 kg chicken,1 tsp ginger garlic paste,salt,2 tsp coriander power.
Saute well,Cook the chicken.
Add 1/2 C coconut paste.Cook for 5 minutes and switch off the stove.
