Multigrain chapathi noodles

chapathi 1 cup (cut into long strips)
mixed vegetables 3 cups(carrot,beans,capsicum,cabbage,cauliflower)
aginamoto 2 pinch
chilli flacks to taste
tomato puree or
tomato sauce 2 tbsp
soya sauce 1 tsp(optional)
salt to taste
oil 2 tbsp
egg 1 (optional)
onion 1 sliced

Cut chapathi into long strips(like noodles)
Put oil in a kadai,put 1/2 tsp sugar then onion.
Saute till golden brown.add vegetables fry well.
add aginamoto,chilli flacks,tomato puree,soya sauce,salt.
Add chapathi noodles,mix well.serve hot
Can break one egg on the top.
