1.Substitute low fibre food( white bread,white rice,chips,candy)with high fibre
food (brown bread,fruits vegetable,brown rice).
2.Try to eat fresh fruits and vegetable.Cooking vegetable can reduce their fibre content,and skins are good source of fibre.
3.eat hihgh fibre food at every meal.Bran cereal for breakfast is a good start,but try to include some fruits,vegetables whole grains and beans in the diet too.
4.Increase the fibre quantity gradually,drink plenty of water.
