Chicken porial (pallya)

Chicken         250 gm chopped
coconut         1 cup gratted
chilli              1 1/2 tsp
fennal            1 tsp
salt                to taste
coriander      1 tsp
turmeric        1/2 tsp
oil                 2 tsp
onion            1 C chopped
ginger garlic
paste            1 tsp
urad dal        2 tsp
 Cook chicken,chilli powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder,salt,ginger garlic paste..
grind coconut,fennal coursly.
 Put oil in a kadai, add urad dal,curry leaves, onion saute well.
Add cooked chicken,coconut fry well.
Adjust salt quantity.
Note:
this recipe is good with coconut oil.
