Beetroot chutney

beetroot        1 cup gratted
red chilli
urad dal         1 1/2 tsp
Asofoetida     p a pinch
oil

Heat oil add urad dal ,red chilli,asofoetida ,fry well Keep it aside.
Saute beetroot in little oil.Grind it with urad dal,red chilli.
Pour seasoning over the chutney
