Puliarotta

rice 2 cups
coconut 1/2 cup grated
red chilli 4 to 5
tamirand 1 marble ball size
salt to taste
onion 1 cup chopped
coriander few
mustard 1/2 tsp
urad dal 1 tsp
curry leaves few
oil to fry

Soak rice in hot water.Grind it with coconut,tamirand,salt,red chilli.
Make seasoning with mustard,urad dal,curry leaves.
Add it to the batter.Add onion,coriander.Mix well.
Keat Kadai ,Pour one ladle full of batter (don't spread it),put oil on the sides.
close it with a lid.Fry till done.
