kerala chicken curry

chicken 500gms
coconut 1 cup grated
whole spices 1 tsp (2 clove,cinnamon,poppy,fennal)
oil 4 tbsp
chilli pd 1 1/2 tsp
coriander pd 3 tsp
turmeric pd 1/2 tsp
pepper 1/2 tsp
small onion 1 cup sliced
tomato 2 medium
small onion 2 for masala
curry leaves few
salt to taste

Put 2 tbsp oil in a kadai,add coconut,pepper,2 small onion,whole
garam masala,curry leaves.Fry till golden brown,add chilli,coriander powder.Cool and grind it nicely.
Put oil in kadai,make seasoning with 2 clove,1 inch

cinnamon.Add sliced small onion,saute well.Add chicken fry little.put turmeric,tomato chopped,salt.Cook well,add ground masala.Cook well.
