Coorgi roti

cooked rice 1 C
rice flour 1/4 to 1/2 C to bind
salt to taste
coconut gratted 1/4 cup

method
1.grind cooked rice,coconut
2.add salt & rice flour...make dough like chappati..
3.roll it on a chappati press...put oil greased plastic sheet
4.toast in a dosa tava without oil..serve hot with coconut chutney...
